An update to an open PR currently runs the full CI twice: once for the branch push and once for the PR event. Run CI on pull requests and pushes to main, retaining manual runs and the main CI run used by deployment.

Run Renovate validation only when renovate files, its workflow, or its shared validation scripts/tool versions change. Apply the same path filters to PRs and main pushes.

Validation: Prettier, yamllint, actionlint with the repository runner-label configuration, and git diff --check passed locally. Gitea event filtering will be confirmed by this PR's runs. Branch protection settings are unchanged.

Only create automatic deploy runs when the completed CI belongs to main. Keep the success/AUTODEPLOY job guard, exact validated SHA, and manual deployment entry point. Existing historical runs are unaffected.
